Requirements Management & Engineering (RM&E)
Experience tells us that projects gain an enormous benefit from comprehensive high quality requirements management. We comply with the guidelines/specifications of the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB e.V.).
Identifiying stakeholders and their requirements as well as adequately documenting these requirements is a crucial element of successful software development. The more the requirements are specified in cooperation with the stakeholders, the merrier project results will conform with the customer's initial vision. Therefore a close collaboration with our customers is indispensable.
Requirements will be put under version control and a requirements management process ensures appropriate corrdination wih other processes (e.g. change management) during the whole project lifecycle.
Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE)
In the context of strategical skill enhancement of our staff two employees have certified according to the internationally accepted Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering, Foundation Level (CPRE-FL). The certificate has been issued by the German official certification authority International Software Quality Institute (iSQI).
With this we emphasize the importance of requirements engineering to Art of Quality.
